Caren has been a Spirit-Led Life Coach + Teacher, Author, Psalmist, and Educator for over 20 years.
She has grown thousands of students in their relationship with God, assisted them in their spiritual growth, and facilitated their transformation in churches, universities, and online.
She is passionate about inspiring people to become who God created them to be. Seeing someone begin to grow in their faith in the One who loves them more than they could have ever imagined is her favorite part of her work, as well as seeing them begin to live a #Spirit-Led Life regardless of their background and or title.
She rejoices with them, knowing how much this lifestyle will transform their lives ensuring they have an eternal place in heaven with the Lord.
Among her favorite things (such as solitude, coffee shops, Panera, etc. ), she enjoys going to the beach, traveling with her family, Bath & Body Works candles, buying PJs from Target, listening to thunderstorms, and reading her Bible. Her love language is worship.
